From reading about them and companies like them online (glassdoor, studentroom, indeed etc), there's some harrowing reviews... It seems there are people that remain "unplaced" the whole 2 years and end up stuck till the contract is over with no work experience (though I don't understand why they wouldn't just let people go?... ). And the training supposedly isn't great? I just worry a lot about the potential scenario of not getting placed and being stuck for 2 years. Especially with how the economy is at the moment. On the flipside, had a look around LinkedIn and have found people that have had some success with companies like them, but unsure if they're in the minority or not. So overall what I'm asking is: does anyone have experience with these sorts of companies? I found some posts by /u/SpringBeast who is talking about the same type of companies I think.
