We had to take a reading test and then I got to meet with the 5 staff on my own and talk about what I was doing at the time of the job history and had to role play which was hard for me (i was SO nervous). Then the next day they called me to schedule a time to go to one of the houses and meet the people that lived there. It was nice to see what staff actually do because I understood it better and got to meet the team leader too. They showed me what they do every day and I got to talk to the clients. I even got to help them make dinner! I could see how people might think the interview process was "easy" because they were so straight forward and laid back. Plus they were really friendly like we already knew them but it wasn't what it seemed. I could tell they were analysing everything. I have never been in an interview like was a great experience. 27.
